sold my house...wa-hoo!!!

some of you know i haven't been around lately. decided to sell the house for a bigger one.

no joke, the first realtor that walked through (on the 2nd day it was up for sale) sold our house to her client.

you gotta like it when it happens like that!

we live on a busy street so everybody and their mom knows where i live. i have strangers come up to me all the time and say "hey..don't you live on such & such street?" then i'll say "yea..how do you know.." they always reply with "i always see your car there". oh yea, and i can't forget about the peep's that circle my house over and over reving their engines...sometimes until 2 am.

anyways, i'll be moving all next week. then i'll be back up in everyone's business...posting like a mad woman wink
